A Day in the Snow

Today is Friday, December 18th, 2009. In the morning I got up early and went to school. The weather channel said that it would snow 16 inches! It started to snow at 9:00, and we got dismissed at 9:30. I came home and went sledding with my friend. The snow came down like white melted chocolate. It came really fast and covered the grass and Christmas lights. It looks like a white blanket on the mountains. My parents came out and we played until 7:00. We came in and put our wet snow clothes in the dryer so that we can wear them again tomorrow in the snow.
