Another Reason I Want Winter to Come

Winter is full of adventurous opportunities and fun. But in the meantime before the snow starts you think about all the awesome things you'll get to do in the winter. I'm one of those people who thinks of ideas with my friends. Then when winter comes you try them and they never work out. When they do work your like OMG. My new idea is where you hook a tow rope to the back of a four wheeler, and you put on your skis or your snowboard and go through the snow and you can do a wakeboard act in the snow. I hope to do this this winter. P.S. I'll update on how that works out for me.

The Day I Went Skiing

On a cold windy day this winter I went skiing for the first time of the 2011/2012 season. Although there was barely any snow in some places I still had an awesome time. I loved it whenever i went flying down sugar mountain. The wind in my face and the cold freezing snow going swoosh swoosh over to the sides as I curve down the mountain. Not only were there fun parts but there were bad parts. Once I fell of the chair lift, then I fell and slid down the slope, but the part I really didn't like was when my dads ski fell of and it was really hard to get off the chair lift. But for the most part it was a really good day.

The First Snow

Today was the day we had our first snow since last year. I hope that were on a two hour delay tomorrow if it keeps it up it'll be no school tomorrow. And if we miss before Christmas we have to go a day during Christmas break. But the best thing is is that I might get to go skiing over the weekend. That would be so much fun. but I'll have to see. Talk to you later.

My New Skis

The other day I went to this store to get new skis for the 2011/2012 skiing season.And I just got these skis yesterday. The skis are blue, white, red and and a little black. I really like them, in fact I like them so much if I could i'd go skiing right now but no snow near me. So if only winter would come.

Come Winter Come

This year I want to have a good winter. And I don't mean a ton of snow to were we get out of school every day. What I look at as a good winter is not much snow but a little, few days off from school, delays before school and sometimes I like it when we go to school for part of the day then we get to leave early. But the one thing I'm really looking forward to is skiing. Skiing is my favorite winter sport. I hope my wish will come true.

An Extremely Cold Day

Today was not my favorite day. Today when I woke up the temp. was only 34! And through out the day the temp. only got up to 39. It was definitely not an outside day.So all day today I had to stay inside and clean or pack up summer clothes. But maybe tomorrow will be a better day.

My Birthday

I had an awesome birthday. The reason I had an awesome birthday is I got enough money to buy this awesome new computer that is called the asus transformer. This transformer is like a computer and a tablet/ipad. So it can change from a laptop to a tablet/ipad. I also got some other cool things like new shoes, new clothes and some other things. I will post more things but now I have to go to school.

Fun In The Water

On Wednesday I get to go to this huge indoor/outdoor water park. The name of it is Wilderness at the smokies. The park has huge slides outside and inside but the won that should be the most fun is the twister. The twister is this giant cone tube and you slide through on a tube. And you go through till you come out the bottom and into a pool. So that will be fun.

My Next Summer Activity

This summer has been awesome but the big highlight of my summer is me and my cousin going to my aunts house for the summer. While we're there we are suppose to go to the beach and spend a few nights at her beach house. While we are there we're suppose to go to Frankie's. But the best is go to hang out with her and her dogs.

My fun day

A few days ago me my mom and dad went to High Rock Lake for the 4Th of July. While we were there my dads friends came and spent the day with us. When we got there we put our boat in the water then after we put the boat in me and my friends got in the tube. All of us rode a while then we stopped so we could swim and eat dinner. After a while we drove to the firework show and watched all the fireworks. They were all pretty. After that it was time to go so we drove back to the marina,on our way back we went over a huge wave and water went everywhere. By the time I got home I was half asleep. When I got in the house we all got in the bed and went to sleep.

My day at school

Today I had a really good day at school. At first we did pictures. Next I went to class and did math, then I went to lunch. After lunch I went outside to play with my friends, and after that we went to technology. Then I went home and played outside. That's my good day!

On Tuesday April 5, 2011 I went to the soil and water poster award ceremony. It was really awesome. At first I ate pizza, then we did the awards. I got a plaque ( somthing to mount on your wall ). After that I got a madalion to go around my neck. Then finally I got 125 dollars. That is what happened on Tuesday.

My Sick Kitty

My cat Silver has cancer and isn't feeling well. He looks happy, but every now and then he acts like he doesn't feel good. He has a cone on his head because he had a feeding tube in his neck. He has a dog bone bandage around his neck. He has to take chemotherapy and medicine to make him hungry. I feel really sad and sometimes life stinks!

My Winning Poster

I participated in the Soil and Water poster contest a week ago. I was surprised to find out that I was the first place winner for my grade. I don't know how I won, but I did. There were lots of good posters! Mine just happened to win. Life just gives you surprises sometimes.
